Biography
Ellary Porterfield was born June 5, 1989 in Bend,
Oregon to Walt and Traci Porterfield. Ellary splits her time between
Bend, which she declares "is the best place in the world to live" and
Los Angeles, California. Ellary and her brother, Harlan, attend High
School in Bend. Ellary was discovered at a talent competition in Los
Angeles in 2001. Since then she has filmed 3 pilots for NBC and CBS and
starred in a Dreamworks major motion picture, _The Prize Winner of
Defiance, Ohio (2005)_. She recently booked a starring role on a new NBC
Pilot, _Baraboo 2010 (2006)_. Ellary has enjoyed the rare

Career
Porterfield has participated in three television pilots for both NBC and CBS.[2][4] Her most notable role was in the 2005 film The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio.[1]She also starred in the CW teenage drama Hidden Palms as Liza Witter.[2]
Porterfield then took on a role in the 2008-released film Sugar, playing Anne Higgins, the Christian daughter in an Iowan family who is attracted to a minor-league baseball player from the Dominican Republic.[2]
She starred as Ki Swan on the webseries, Video Game High School.
Personal life
Porterfield is a vegetarian.[2]
