allegedly hit three parked cars with her Toyota Prius and then fled the
scene. Police eventually found her and arrested her for DUI.[4]
During her arrest she allegedly kicked an officer and resisted being
handcuffed. Later at the police station where her arrest was being
booked she managed to slip her cuffs and run but was quickly recaptured.
Ultimately she was charged with DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police
officer and resisting a police officer.[5][6] Her bail was set at $100,000.[7] On August 19, 2011, Warren entered a no contest plea and was ordered to a residential rehab facility for six months.[8]
In the early morning hours of April 6, 2013, Warren and fellow actress Jaime Pressly
were involved in an incident at the Hollywood nightclub Bootsy Bellows,
when Pressly accused Warren of stealing a purse belonging to Pressly's
assistant. The purse had gone missing from a house party attended by the
three women. Using a "find my iPhone" app, Pressly and her assistant
tracked the purse to the nightclub, where they found Warren. According
to Pressly's account, Warren claimed the purse as her own, even though
some items belonging to Pressly's assistant were found inside the purse.[9] Drug paraphernalia was also found inside the purse, and the police were called. The investigation is ongoing. [10]
